The weather here is quite cold!
This place is really the place to be if you love to gamble. So many casinos everywhere. Its really Asia’s Las Vegas, sin city!
Food here is pretty good too. Hehehe.
Hotel is great too. HAHAHA.

Its the time of the year again where by many parties and celebrations are being held.
Christmas is being widely celebrated around the world and more and more singaporeans are actually starting to celebrate it too including non Christians.
But as Christians, celebrating Christmas has an added meaning to it which makes it all the more meaningful and joyous. =)
This coming week is my force block leave but unfortunately I have used up my annual leave alrdy so have to go back to work. The bad news is I still have to wake up early the nxt 3 days but the good news is that everyday would be halfday! Certainly hope so. And on the 24th onwards I would be away from camp all the way until 4th Jan. Sounds cool right. Indeed I feel good. Hehehhe.
Nxt Saturday night, early Sunday morning my family and I would be going to Hong Kong/Macau for a short holiday. Cant wait man seriously. The thought of having the local food there and the shopping too!
Off to have my dinner now! =D

Really suffered from Monday blues today. Felt so super sleepy the whole day.
But thank God today was a pretty smooth day. Nothing much to do, just plainly doing escorting for the repairmen and a safety talk.
Its gna be a long long week, weekends seem so far away. Hahah. Anyway I felt New moon was a really nice movie.
Heard that if u read the book you will find that the movie is not that great, pretty much the same as harry potter too huh I reckon.
Anyway off to bed! Have to wake up at 6am tomorrow. 7 hours of sleep left. Nights. =)
22nd Birthday Wednesday, Dec 9 2009

On the 7th of Dec I turned another year older! 22!
I didnt organise a party like last year. 21 was THE year to have a party, a big one i felt. Still can remember vividly the happenings on 7th Dec last year. This year was pretty much simpler. No fancy parties, no birthday cake, just quality time spent with loved ones. Something which I personally value alot. =D
and so on 7th Dec, Monday, I had a sumptuous buffet with my family at holiday inn park view hotel which is just beside Cuppage plaza. Decent food, wonderful company. I have to thank parents for the wonderfully satisfying meal which included my fav Sashimi. Hee. And not forgetting the deodorant mum got me, smells great. Aunt bought me a stunningly beautiful black ellesse watch. Damn chio I tell you. Wait till you guys see it on my wrist. HAHA. Siblings bought me a sexy black Picard wallet. The smell of the leather is just so awesome. Timely presents as both my watch and wallet are getting old. =D My grandma gave me a blue note in a red packet. Sums up the presents I got on that day.Lol.
9th Dec, Wednesday, had a whole day out with my beloved Shuhfen. Heheh. Went to Holland Village to celebrate my Bday. She brought me to Ice Cream creamery. Its pretty much like Ice Cream Chefs but I think there are much more varieties for the mixers right? Lol. The ice cream there is awesome man. Do visit that place soon! They will be opening another outlet in Somerset soon though. hahaha. And thats when I received my presents. Very chio siolz the Scrapbook that Shuhfen painstakingly made for me all by herself with abit of help frm her sister. HAHA. Its really very very beautiful. First time receiving such things. Thank you, I appreciate it. HEHEHEH. On top of that she gave me a Levi’s belt and a Topman Shirt. In short, 3 very sweet presents. <3
To end off the day, we had dinner at a Mexican restaurant called Cha Cha Cha. They serve really decent authentic Mexican food. We had burritos together with their homemade rice and beans along with some funny sauces. There’s even a basket of corn chips w spicy hot salsa sauce thrown in for free. Do give it a try people. Hehehe.
So looking back, I actually still did had quite an awesome birthday. Thank God for my wonderful family and my beloved Shuhfen. Love you all loads. =)

Commandos Anniversary Wednesday, Dec 2 2009

Its been a great week so far and will continue to be until nxt tue im sure.
The reason being, Commandos 40th Anniversary. And being part of Commandos I get the benefits too. HAHA. Monday was some National Education tour to 3 places! Kranji memorial, ford factory and esplanade park. It was pretty interesting. One more thing, it really felt like school days. With the coach and the excursion-like feeling. But its definitely better than going to camp to work. Just ask anyone of them. Hahaha. And so the whole trip ended at 1230 and we were free to go. \o/
Yesterday was Games day. Sound so exciting right. But I didnt take part at all. Was just mainly a spectator. And since my Unit won the overall, we got half day off. Ok the message wasnt passed down properly so in the end we left only at 4 plus?
Today we were expecting a long and tiring normal working day. But… after hearing that the half day message wasnt passed down properly ytd, we were allowed to leave early agn. HAHAHA. It makes alot of difference leaving at 4 plus and 530. =)
Nxt tue wld be the actual commandos parade and it wld be held at Pasir Ris camp. Kinda looking forward to it cus it wld probably be another halfday. Hee.
And to top it all off, nxt mond I wld be given off. Cus it’s my Birthday! AHAHAHHA. Birthday in 5 days time. And Bunny’s birthday is in 4 days time. LOL.

The long weekend is almost over! =(
Time flies when you are having fun I guess. Fri’s PWEINZ event was a great one. It was better than expected. Great entertainment and really thank God that my visitor came. =) Ytd afternoon also had the time to meet Kelvin and Zhe wei. This two people are really cool to hang out with! We had lunch at Billy Bombers before finally settling at heeren’s mac. Though it was a short few hours meetup, I really enjoyed it lots. After service was a late dinner at Harry’s Bar with Shuhfen. =) Nice place to dine really. I got myself 1 pint of Kilkenny. Hahahha. The seafood basket, in my opinion, was really good and worth the price. Do try it!! =D
And today helped up with flyers distribution with my family again. Nothing much to look forward for the remaining of the day except the two matches that will be playing live tonight. Merseyside derby and London derby.
Tomorrow will be force outing. 8am at East Coast Park. Lol.

Hey!
My looooong weekend has finally ended. Last week I was so looking forward to it and then it just zoom past like this. But great time to rest and recharge for the new week. The wonderful thing about this new week is that its only 3 days for me. Tue, Wed and Thurs. I believe it would zoom past real quickly too. =D
This coming fri is Pweinz event! The venue is so near to my place, really no excuse to miss it! Invited Mr see and Ng for this event, both yet to give me a reply yet. We shall see in the next few days. Hahahha.
2 weeks to my 22nd birthday! Starting to feel the oldness. hahahaha.

I got bored with blogging on blogspot. So decided to try out wordpress!
My first post. And of course its apt to start with the happenings in a place where I spend most of my time apart from home.
Been bout 2 months since I was posted to HQ CDO. Commandos camp. I think my unit is really a good place to be in. I get regulars and other NSF guys telling me how wonderful this place is and all that. Really adjusted myself to the whole setup. And we get alot of, who says the Logistics side is not important? You guys are part of us and all. And I really feel that they mean what they say. Great friendships being forged here as well I have to admit. =)
Someone told me this, Lets provide the best for the best. This phrase have been ringing in my head since I heard it about 2 weeks ago. There’s a purpose for every single personnel in a setup. Be it in a company or in my case, a camp. And no doubt in order to provide the best for the best, there’s this certain amount of pressure that I am slowly learning to come to terms with. Matter of fact im relishing it.
Watched 2012 for the 2nd time last night. Watched it on Monday with fen and then yesterday with my siblings and cousins. Hahah. The plot is a great one I feel, except that its abit too draggy. And this movie actually got me thinking about the end of the world. How is it really going to end I wonder.
Anyway, I have a visitor for tomorrow’s service. So excited. Hahahha.
